All Moonlighter 2 Hidden Treasure Locations
There are six current Moonlighter 2 hidden treasure locations, with two tied to each major biome. Each is a separate Eris task, so finding one does not activate the others. Choose your realm below to see the entrance landmark and recipe reward together. Open its route when you need the exact hidden turn, random event room, platform sequence, or combat preparation.

The six rewards are recipes, not finished equipment dropped directly into a loadout: The Vow, Blo-Buddy, Heartbeat Hunter, Blo-Blitz, Blo-Blaster, and Nimbus Regalia. After opening the final chest or collecting the scroll, return to the appropriate crafter and check the recipe list before assuming the reward failed.

How to Unlock Every Hidden Treasure Quest
Eris is the gatekeeper for this quest line. A reliable order is to unlock a destination, enter it at least once, return safely to Tresna, and then speak to Eris until the corresponding hidden treasure task appears in the journal. Only after accepting that named task should you spend a run hunting its portal. Current guides warn that the portal or hidden route may not become usable before the task is active. The requirement also explains why some players reach an empty wall or an ordinary event room.
Check the Realm Name Before Starting a Run
Kalina Day and Kalina Night are not interchangeable, and the Gallery's Exhibition Wing is not the Treasury Halls. Zephyr Fields and Howling Harbor likewise use different entrances. Read the objective in the journal and match its proper place name to the adventure disc. If the area itself is still locked, continue its story or NPC prerequisite first; a treasure guide cannot bypass normal biome progression.
Prepare for Random Nodes and a Full Challenge
Several entrances depend on a particular event or utility room appearing along a branching run. Prioritize useful question-mark nodes, keep enough health to explore after an encounter, and do not leave immediately after collecting the obvious room reward. The secret portal begins an additional platform, trap, or combat challenge, so treat the entrance as the midpoint rather than the finish. A failed challenge normally means making another attempt, not that the quest disappeared.

Kalina Day and Night Realm Hidden Treasures
The Moonlighter 2 game has distinct Day Realm and Night Realm tasks. The Day route uses a Blacksmith node and a concealed bridge behind foreground scenery. The Night route uses an Onsen or healing-spa room shortly before the boss. Their portal challenges and rewards are different, so check the time of day in the journal before following either entrance.
Day Realm: Blacksmith Room and The Vow
For the Day Realm task, select the hammer-marked Blacksmith room when it appears. Explore to the right instead of taking the obvious exit, then cross the wooden path hidden by rock and foreground art. The green portal leads to a course of spike, bear, and wind traps. The final reward unlocks The Vow large-sword recipe. Use the dedicated Day guide for the room landmark and timing advice.
Night Realm: Onsen Room and Blo-Buddy
For the Night Realm quest, unlock or enable the Onsen room option and reach the therapeutic spa before the boss. Search the right or upper-right edge around the stairs rather than immediately continuing upward. Beyond the portal, prepare for enemy waves and a reported Cyclone miniboss. The reward is correctly spelled Blo-Buddy, a companion-style ranged gadget; Bio-Buddy and Blu-Buddy are transcription errors.

Gallery Exhibition Wing and Treasury Halls Treasures
The Gallery contains two independent treasure quests. The walkthrough titled “A Hidden Treasure in the Gallery” describes the Exhibition Wing's miniboss room, laser challenge, and Heartbeat Hunter reward; it is not a Treasury Halls walkthrough. Use the encounter landmark to stay oriented: V3NUS identifies the Exhibition route, while Sliver identifies the Treasury route. Both entrances are concealed around an event area, but they lead to different challenges and recipes.
Exhibition Wing: V3NUS and Heartbeat Hunter
Follow the Exhibition Wing until the crossed-swords miniboss node and defeat V3NUS, the Gallery's Muse. After taking the visible room reward, check the left side near the chest area for stairs descending into a concealed lower passage. The portal's moving-laser challenge rewards the Heartbeat Hunter gauntlet recipe. Rolling provides the movement needed for the laser gaps; rushing the normal room exit is the usual reason players miss the stairs.
Treasury Halls: Sliver and Blo-Blitz
Prioritize question-mark nodes until you meet Sliver in the Treasury Halls. After interacting with the event, look behind the character or event platform for the obscured stairway. The portal opens a branching platform puzzle with dead ends; a desk or table with a book marks the route clue. Reaching the end grants the Blo-Blitz recipe. The NPC name is Sliver, not the more familiar word Silver.

Aeolia Zephyr Fields and Howling Harbor Treasures
Aeolia's two treasures have sharply different access patterns. Zephyr Fields hides its entrance at the very start of the run and then tests route memory across ziplines. Howling Harbor requires later progression, a specific NPC event node, and a timed platform route. This difference matters because a player searching every Harbor starting platform will never find the Anacard-room entrance described by current guides.
Zephyr Fields: Starting Zipline and Blo-Blaster
From the Zephyr Fields starting node, move left and circle behind the nearby platform to locate an upward zipline. Follow the concealed approach into the green portal. At the multi-island section, use the dedicated Zephyr guide's direction sequence instead of guessing each branch. The reward is the Blo-Blaster gun recipe. One roundup reverses the two Aeolia rewards, but specialist guides, earlier route documentation, and current videos support Blo-Blaster here.
Howling Harbor: Anacard Event and Nimbus Regalia
After Julien's progression opens Howling Harbor, enter once and accept Eris's Harbor treasure task. Search question-mark nodes for the event featuring Anacard and children, also described in guides as Nou and Anacard's challenge room. Descend behind the NPC area, take the zipline, and enter the portal. Timed purple platforms, switches, and ziplines lead to the Nimbus Regalia armor recipe; a two-note board marks the correct branch.

Why a Hidden Treasure Portal Is Missing
A missing portal usually has one of four explanations: the destination is not unlocked, the area has never been entered, Eris's matching task is not active, or the required random event room did not appear in this run. Check those conditions in that order. Then compare the room landmark, not just the biome name, with the relevant route page. Restarting a run can reroll event nodes, but repeatedly rerolling before the journal shows the correct quest cannot satisfy the prerequisite.
Recipe Collected but the Quest Is Still Unchecked
Players on multiple platforms have reported a tracking problem in which the recipe is awarded, and may even be crafted, while the hidden treasure objective remains unchecked. If the new recipe appears, that is strong evidence that you completed the room. Repeating the challenge or crafting the item is not a confirmed universal fix. Record the platform and exact game version, keep the save, and report the state through the current technical-support channel instead of editing or deleting progress.
Safe Checks Before Reporting a Quest Bug
Fully close and update the game, reload the save, confirm the recipe or scroll in the correct crafting menu, and revisit Eris once. Capture the journal objective and reward screen if possible. In a report, name the realm, treasure, platform, version, whether the portal spawned, and whether the recipe unlocked. Those details distinguish a missing entrance from a failed completion flag and give support a reproducible sequence.

Treasure Hall, Treasury Hall, Harbor, and Zephyr Spellings
Moonlighter 2 hidden treasures use several names that are easy to mix up. Treasury Halls is a Gallery area; players also use Treasure Halls or the Treasure Hall, but a vague hall name alone is not enough to identify a route. Harbor and Harbour refer to the same Howling Harbor destination. Zephyr Fields is plural; Zephr's Field's is a misspelling, not another area. Older guides may cover only three treasures and use broader biome names. Match the place name, entrance landmark, and reward to your journal before following a route.
Are Treasury Halls and Kalina the Same Place?
No. Treasury Halls belongs to the Gallery and leads to Blo-Blitz; Kalina contains separate Day and Night treasures. Howling Harbour is another destination entirely, in Aeolia, and rewards Nimbus Regalia. If you remember a treasure hall but not its biome, look at the journal: Sliver's event identifies the Treasury route, the Blacksmith or Onsen identifies Kalina, and Anacard's Harbor event identifies the armor route. The six-location list above links to each one.
Questions, answered
Moonlighter 2 Hidden Treasure FAQ
How many hidden treasures are in Moonlighter 2?
Current guides identify six hidden treasure quests: two in Kalina, two in the Gallery, and two in Aeolia. Each has a separate Eris task, concealed portal, challenge room, and recipe reward. Future content updates could add more, so check the realm names against your journal.
Do I need Eris's quest before finding a hidden treasure?
Yes. First unlock and enter the relevant area, return to Tresna, and accept Eris's matching hidden treasure task. Current route guides consistently treat the active quest as the portal prerequisite. If the journal does not name that treasure, complete the area's normal progression and speak to Eris again before rerolling rooms.
What do all six hidden treasure quests reward?
The rewards are The Vow, Blo-Buddy, Heartbeat Hunter, Blo-Blitz, Blo-Blaster, and Nimbus Regalia recipes. They cover a large sword, companion gadget, gauntlets, dual-wield weapon, gun, and armor. Check the crafting menu after collecting a recipe because the quest does not simply equip a finished item.
Why is my hidden treasure quest not completing?
If the recipe was awarded but the journal remains unchecked, you may be seeing a reported tracking bug. Update and restart, verify the recipe, speak to Eris, and document the platform and version. Repeating the room, crafting the reward, or deleting progress is not a confirmed universal solution.
Does the Steam hidden treasure guide describe different treasures?
Steam guides cover the same game's quests, but not necessarily every route. Dorce's guide lists all six named treasures. Jz's main walkthrough covers Day, Exhibition, and Zephyr, with Night and Harbor tips in comments. Match the realm, entrance, and reward to the six-location directory on this page before starting a run.
Why do older guides list only three hidden treasures?
Early Access walkthroughs such as TechRaptor's covered the first area of each biome: Kalina Day, Gallery Exhibition Wing, and Aeolia Zephyr Fields. Current guides also cover Night Realm, Treasury Halls, and Howling Harbor. A three-route article is not a complete checklist for the current six treasure quests.
Are Treasure Halls and Treasury Halls separate locations?
Treasury Halls is the proper Gallery area name; Treasure Halls and treasure hall can be informal versions of it. A vague hall reference does not identify the route by itself. Confirm Treasury Halls in your journal and look for Sliver's event, not the Exhibition Wing's V3NUS room, Kalina, or Howling Harbor.
