Explore Kalina, return to Tresna, and accept Eris's task whose clue describes a treasure in the desert where a hammer can be heard. Current post-release location guides warn that a hidden treasure reward may not appear until its matching task is active, so check the Tasks tab before spending another run on the search.
Accept Eris's Day Realm Task
The hammer in the clue identifies the Blacksmith encounter. It is not an instruction to follow an audio cue through random combat rooms. If the task has not appeared, visit Kalina first, return to Tresna, and speak with Eris again rather than repeatedly searching the same node without the matching objective.
Confirm Kalina Is Set to Day Realm
Kalina has separate Day and Night treasure tasks. Day uses the Blacksmith room and awards The Vow. Night uses the pre-boss Onsen healing room and awards Blo-Buddy. If the journal says Night Realm's Hidden Treasure, leave this route and follow the dedicated Night guide instead.

Find the Blacksmith Room on Tomo's Radar
Progress through Kalina until Tomo's Radar offers a node marked with a hammer. That icon identifies the Blacksmith room referenced by Eris's riddle. Published walkthroughs place it around the middle of a typical expedition, but route layouts can vary, so use the hammer icon instead of counting completed rooms. Choose the branch that reaches it; the final Kalina boss and unrelated combat nodes are not part of the treasure condition.
Pause Before Taking the Obvious Exit
When the Blacksmith room loads, do not immediately climb the main stairs or follow the normal way forward. The secret branches from the room's right side and is easy to dismiss as scenery because rocks and foreground art obscure it. Multiple independent walkthroughs agree on this right-hand starting point.
The Recipe Is Not a Blacksmith Purchase
You may use the Blacksmith encounter while you are there, but entering the hammer node or buying an upgrade does not award the hidden recipe. The Blacksmith is the landmark. The actual objective waits beyond the concealed path and the separate green portal attached to this room.

Clear the Day Realm Hidden Treasure Trap Course
The course tests movement rather than combat. Its two repeated hazards are floor traps, described as bear traps or spike traps in different English guides, and wind devices that can push Will off the walkway. The safe method is consistent across the published routes: use dodge rolls to cross the floor hazards and wait for each gust to stop before entering its lane. Preserve health and use the safe platforms between sequences.
Roll Across the Floor Traps
Line up with the center of the next platform before rolling. A clean dodge roll carries Will over the active floor traps, but steering toward an exposed edge can still cause a fall. Pause after each group, re-center the camera, and inspect the next landing instead of chaining blind rolls through the entire course.
Cross Wind Lanes During Their Pause
Watch a wind trap for one complete cycle. Advance when the airflow stops, reach the next safe section, and wait again if another gust blocks the route. Later portions combine wind and floor hazards, but the rule remains the same: roll over the traps and move through wind lanes only during their inactive window.

Claim The Vow Large-Sword Recipe
Complete the last platform section and interact with the reward scroll. The confirmed Moonlighter 2 Day Realm hidden treasure reward is The Vow, a large-sword recipe. If The Vow appears in the crafting menu, the important reward registered and the open line may be a quest-log tracking problem rather than proof of a wrong route. Use Safe Checks, Not Save Editing
